Pricing, Specifications and Availability

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer market, and because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.

Apexvalue.com orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance.

Payment and Shipping Information

Paying by Credit Card

You may pay by Visa, Discover and MasterCard. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please see our Security and Privacy Statement for more information about your credit card safety.

Other Payment Methods

Bank to bank wire transfer can also be arranged. For more details, contact our Sales Department.

Shipping

We ship any product on our web site to anywhere in the world unless otherwise specified on the product details and disclaimers. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is sent by our courier and is lost or damaged, you may contact us and we will assist you in tracking the package. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point.

Delivery

It is our goal to ship any order received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time , Monday thru Friday, within 48 hours. If this will not be the case for any reason, you will be contacted by our sales department via email with details.

Our servicing courier does not deliver to a P.O. Box. Be sure to include a complete street address.

International Orders

Because the cost of shipping internationally varies tremendously, we cannot quote shipping costs until after we have received your order, or contact us for international orders. We will let you know what these costs will be, and we will not ship your order until we have received final approval from you. Payment may be made by Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or Bank to bank money transfer. Do not send cash. Overseas delivery via surface carrier may take 5-8 weeks or more.

Or you have the option to purchase online because we have an estimate of the shipping and handling costs based on the weight and other related factors.

All orders will be shipped directly within 48 hours, via Surface or Express Courier depending on customer’s choice and location. All Shipping Costs are pre-outlined. Customers will be responsible for any Import Duties that are imposed by the country to which the product is shipped. Please send us email or visit contact page for more details on international orders. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point.

Product Warranty and Limitations

Warranty. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEEDS THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Limitation Of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL APEXVALUE, AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, “APEXVALUE”) BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT APEXVALUE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT APEXVALUE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY APEXVALUE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Replacements – General Policy

All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 15 days from the date of receipt, or if the original packing code has been removed from the packaging. An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Returns Procedure

To return an item, contact Customer Support at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Thereafter, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. If you send the package via an international courier service such as UPS, Federal Express, or DHL, make sure there will be no charges at the destination; you are responsible for any such charges. Do not ship it via regular airfreight, as this may result in excessive customs brokerage fees or other clearing charges. Because we have no control over these, any such charges are your responsibility.

We must receive the return within 15 days after you receive your RMA number. The RMA number will expire on the 16th day after it was issued, at which time any returned product/s will be refused. To prevent complications, please inform our Customer Support as early as possible for special arrangements.

Non-defective Returns

  • Once the return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The credit will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
  • Please return items in as-new condition, disassembled, in original packaging, manuals and accessories. Failure to do so will result in the product being returned to you and no credit issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Internet Fraud
